The Caernarfonshire Association

Our aims:

  1. Promote the use of the historic county.
  2. Promote the usage of the Caernarfonshire flag throughout the county by local businesses and individuals.
  3. Encourage media and other companies, as well as local governments such as Gwynedd Council and Conwy Borough Council, to make correct use of the county name and boundaries, as well as other historic counties.
  4. See Caernarfonshire signage erected around the county just as exists in Montgomeryshire, Radnorshire, and Brecknockshire.

The Caernarfonshire Association is seeking members who identify with our aims and seek to promote the historic county of Caernarfon along with us.

The Caernarfonshire Association was formed by Association of British Counties members Gwyndaf and Christina Parri in 2011.  The Association is affiliated with the Association of British Counties.
