Your relationship with the ABC
- Member means a someone who has joined as a member (or who has been gifted membership) of the Association for a membership fee, or provided membership by the Association as a ‘Patron’.
These terms retain the same meaning in both the singular and plural.
All Members must act only in accordance with the stated aims and objectives of the Association and not to act in a manner likely to bring the Association into disrepute.
Your Data:
In the light of national Data Protection, Members should note that the Association retains lists of Members’ names, postal addresses and e-mail addresses for the purpose of administering the Association. That is our sole reason for holding such information, and it will never be passed on to anyone outside the organisation.
Member Notices:
Please note that Members will automatically be registered to receive notices of activities, events and meetings delivered by e-mail. The Member Notices are the primary method for the Association to contact Members to notify them of meetings and to provide general notices for the administration of the membership and the Association.
Lapse of membership:
If you are a Member and your membership lapses, we will seek to contact you. If we do not receive a response, we will remove your details from our lists and systems.
Cancelling membership:
